Family-Friendly Hotels at Montreal Airport
This guide lists what each hotel at Montréal-Trudeau publishes on its own website for families: room types for four, cribs, pools, breakfast and the transfer to the terminal. Where a hotel publishes nothing, the guide says so; confirm those points with the hotel directly.

Getting to the terminal with children
The Marriott Montreal Airport In-Terminal Hotel is in the terminal building and connected to the U.S. departures terminal, so you walk from the room to check-in with luggage and children. The Sheraton is a 7-minute walk from the airport, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Aloft and DoubleTree run free shuttles; the Fairfield’s 24-hour shuttle is booked by phone on +1 514-631-2424. The Novotel in Saint-Laurent has no shuttle, so plan on a car or taxi for the 9-km transfer. For U.S. flights, see the terminal guide for preclearance arrival times.
Pools and breakfast
Five hotels list an indoor pool on their own websites; the Sheraton lists none, and booking sites list its pool as closed. No hotel publishes pool hours on its own website. Breakfast is free only at the Fairfield Inn & Suites: 6:00 am to 9:30 am on weekdays and 6:30 am to 10:00 am at weekends. The DoubleTree’s Semaphore restaurant has a kids’ menu, and booking sites list free breakfast there for children 5 and under.
Children staying free and cribs
No hotel publishes a kids-stay-free age or an extra-bed fee on its own website. Booking sites list up to 2 children aged 17 and under staying free in existing bedding at the Sheraton, and up to 3 children aged 16 and under at the Novotel. The Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites and Aloft booking forms accept up to 8 guests per room. Confirm cribs and rollaway beds with the hotel when you book.
Family facilities in the terminal
Montréal-Trudeau lists play areas near Gates 5 and 11 (Canada), Gates 53 and 68 (international) and gate 86 (United States). There are two changing rooms: one on the departures level behind the Air Canada check-in counters near Door 1, and one in the arrivals corridor between international and domestic arrivals. The Desjardins Odyssey lounges charge $26 for children aged 3 to 11 and nothing under 3, before tax.
